The human body can experience pleasure in many ways: through touching, hugging, kissing, exercise, and more. Some of the greatest physical pleasures involve sexual arousal and experience. These experiences are wide ranging, varying with individual preference. Exploring the many ways that you can be turned on (either alone or with a partner) can help you to define what sexual pleasure means to you.

Sexual pleasure can be dependent on many things, including comfort levels, safety, being in the right mood, and location or position. Practicing safer sex and using protection against unintended pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections & HIV can greatly improve sexual pleasure and satisfaction.

Everyone has the right to enjoy their sexual experiences and express their sexuality in whatever way they choose.
